The HUD for Zoom should start showing immediately and the HUD for normal tables should start showing as soon as a hand is imported. If that's not what you're seeing, please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

I still do not get HUD displayed on zoom, but works just fine on regular tables. I ll send in a ticket when i get home tonight.

Hi.
Ok i dont know what to say its getting boring but...
That was ok for few days and now..
THE PROBLEM IS BACK
Please dont tell me about tickets etc.
Just check it yourself, the hud isnt showing in proper places.
Its not every time, one hand its ok second its not.
I see that its often when ive got no hands for some of the player on the table.
When ive got history for each player on the table usually its ok.
I dont now maybe that will help.
Im trying to be calm but please do something with that.

This is not a general problem and at the moment as far as I'm aware we can't reproduce any problems on our end with Zoom. We need your logs and hand history files to figure out what is different about your system in order to get a fix together. Without them, we cannot determine what is going wrong for you.

Is it possible this is problem at pokerstars end? After like 3 or 4 days of this problem and without doing anything, the problem fixed itself for me today...

same here for me. I was okay over the weekend mostly and for 3-4 days before but now the same problem came up again.

i also had the feeling that when there is an unknown it bugs and some huds are on the wrong place etc.
it started for me yesterday. i was playing the whole sunday and after 2400 (so at monday 0030 approx.) it started bugging again and is now still.

Sorry but I couldn't not reply to this. How is this not a general problem :evil: ? After every damn PT update, everything works fine for just a couple of days and then it's all the same problem back again. Why would I post tickets when all it does it results in waiting for about a week to get an update that will only work for a couple of days? How about you guys make this a "general problem" and fix it for good, because other software (is there a need to mention the name really?) works like charm even after official Pokerstars updates, so you can't just lie to us by saying Pokerstars is at fault for making changes.

I understand everything else it's working fine with the software but this is the most important aspect for me - a working HUD for Zoom games, and I think I'm speaking for a lot of others too.
