after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

I know updates makes the software better but cant help to hate the first few days after an update, always have issues and after the last one (4.11 update) my PT4 start to crash and doesnt import

potamito, I see you don't have a log file in your ticket. If you could add one it would be a big help to our technicians. Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Please try reverting tuning via Database -> Database Management -> Housekeeping -> Revert Tuning and try the update again.

Thanks, it helped, HUD began to work, but in case of game behind several desktops strongly brakes how it is possible to accelerate it?

I did have the same problem. But right now looks like everything is OK.

I deleted "StatDefinitionsCustomized.pt4" file and did Full Cache Rebuild (this took around 10 hours).

casperwell: Now that the update is done, you can run Tuning again and it should improve performance.

ommaha: You'll need to compress it for it to attach; our limit is 5M but text compresses well and the 48M log may well compress down to fit.

kraada: Unfortunately it didn't help, even playing 1 desktop of HUD is delayed on 2-3 hands, and playing more desktops - lags behind already on 20+ hands!

have done the update, rebuilt cache, done all the housekeeping, created a new database, restored it, seems to help abit but importing seems to be in batches for regular cash game tables, still slow (not as fast as it was before), importing of hands while playing seems irregular, HUD placements take while longer then usual to pop up, like a good 10-20 hands maybe?

the "view active tables" also show wrong tables or the wrong number of tables.

I also have to stop import, start import a few times before all hands are done imported to PT4, seems to take forever to stop importing tho.

Have sent log files, didnt wanna start another ticket, so I'm using the current one 152175, hope theres a solution soon?

Btw, I'm using ProPokerHUDs, is this effecting the update?
