I am in the same spot as Moleskin: EU client, Hands importing, Zoom checkbox checked but no HUD. I upgraded to 4.01.11 today.

can it be related to the eu client?

same problem, I am from the EU, but actually have no idea if I have the EU client...

I also have no hud, I'm playing on PS.com. Have the "Enable Zoom HUD" checked also.

Thanks guys, we're looking into this problem. It looks like this is a problem with Vista - is anyone seeing this problem with a different version of Windows?

Have you also made certain to check the Enable Zoom Hud box?

So far we're only seeing problems on Vista.
Do you have PokerStars installed in English?
Are hands importing for Zoom?
Are hands importing and the HUD working for normal cash tables?
