Beta 4.05.6 Problem with HUD and live stats

Same as everyone not working but now that I rolled back everything is back to normal.

HUD still NOT working for 888Poker 12:59 AUS time

Notice HUD wasn't updating, so installed the stable version. Popup said PokerTrackerHud4.exe was unable to install. Options where: abort, retry, or ignore the file. Chose ignore and in a real bind now. Can't get a HUD at all. Can't import hands while playing. When I imported hands, PT4 now says (Not Responding).

Read this thread and tried to install the previous beta that was working. Same failure with Hud4.exe. Ignored again, and again it locks when trying to import hands. I play on ACR.

888 have updated their software which means that the table windows do not match the table names in the hand histories and we will have an update to address this in the next beta release, which I hope will be later today (subject to successful internal testing).

In the meantime you can download the previous version v4.05.5 which will avoid the tournament query issues and to get the hands importing.

The Hud is working for me at PokerStars tournaments using v4.05.6 so we'll really need to see your logs to see what is causing the problems for you all.
Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on. (Those of you that already have - thankyou. Please post your ticket numbers here so that we can check them out ASAP. benharvey - I will take a look at yours once I've finished here.)
Please also tell us what version of the PokerStars software you have (Help > About in the PokerStars lobby menu) and what country you are in - it is possible this is a regional issue.

Once you have reported your problems you can revert to the previous version here - v4.05.5.
Please let us know whether that makes any difference as that will help determine whether this is related to a PokerStars update.

with this version everything works fine. every problem is solved with both fulltilt and pokerstars.

4 05 7 working for 888Poker as far as I can determine - thanks for quick response. I'm sure someone at 888 is kicking themselves
