Will monitor for a bit.
Today it worked fine
But yesterday had some issues with postgres so cleaned that up and did some database maintenance
it was not super fast but potentially logging was impacting slightly
anyhow, today it worked as expected. Will review over the weekend

Versions:
ACR client: version 1.16.64
PT4: 4.15.12

I play on WPN (ACR) and this week I upgraded my PT4 purchase to add Omaha.

I'm not sure if it's a bug related to the new ACR client (version 1.16.64) since I have not played Omaha HiLo before. I recently played Omaha HiLo and can only view my stats for my session when I search for games "Omaha Hi". When I select Omaha HiLo, it's blank.

When I look at the individual hands, it correctly notices split pots that go to hi and lo, so that is not the problem. I'm not sure if that's "normal" since I've only played one session of HiLo. On the column for "Winning Hand" it only displays the Hi. I'm not sure if it is also supposed to show the Lo?

By the way, is there documentation or a video that shows how PT4 is supposed to look for Omaha Hi Lo sessions? It would be nice to see videos of someone showing how to use Omaha HiLo stats.

Currently Omaha Hi-Lo hands in the new WPN software are importing as Omaha-Hi in PokerTracker 4 and this will be fixed in the next update - open a Support Ticket and we can let you know when it's available.

This may have already been brought to your attention, the table HUD position is correct but the preferred seating in the new PT4 version site configuration doesn't match up with the ACR preferred seating.

On my 8 man table I'm seated at the very bottom of the table, on the PT4 site configuration my positions shows at the very top of the table.

WPN changed the seat numbering system in their update, so the seats are in different positions.
If you previously had your preferred seat set and had saved Hud positions, then the Hud rotation should continue to work despite the preferred seat setting looking wrong. If you want to correct the configuration then you will also need to reposition the Hud at each table size and PT-icon > Save Layout.

The hands should import and the Hud should work for tournaments. There is very little tournament information in the hand histories currently though, so we can only import the buy-in when that information is specified in the expected format at the end of the hand history filenames (that seems to be there for Jackpot tournaments, but is often missing for other tournaments).

Still having issues getting ANY hands to import. Followed the instructions, double checked the import pathing is correct, but PT4 refuses to import anything for me. Even trying to import manually, it just hangs. Anyone else have this?
