Zoom HUD and HHs

So far we're only seeing problems on Vista.
Do you have PokerStars installed in English?
Are hands importing for Zoom?
Are hands importing and the HUD working for normal cash tables?

I can confirm all of this:
- using vista
- PS in English
- zoom: hands are getting imported but no HUD
- normal tables: hands are importing and HUD working
- PT 4.01.11 with Zoom HUD checkbox checked

yeah i've got this same problem
- Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
- Pokerstars.eu English version
- In configuration Zoom HUD enabled
- Hands importing
- HUD no

My problem is a bit diferent, the hud is working and the hands are importing but my graph have bugs it imports only a couple of hands, the only way it works is when i select to see the graph in big blinds.

I can see the hand history but it says +4$ in the tab "Won" but in the tab "My C Won" i get 0 and i think this maybe why my graph buggy.

Does someone have the same problem?

ZOOM HUD doesn't work for me.
Vista 32bit
English from the .com client
zoom hands are importing and I have zoom HUD enabled
on normal cash games, hands are importing and HUD is working.

The Zoom HUD works well for me atm, but I cannot reposition anything (normally done by right-click and drag); is this possible currently?

Those of you NOT using Vista, please restart PT4 and PokerStars and then play a few hands at a Zoom table. Attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on. Please post your ticket number here.

Romsonek - after the first hand you are moved to a new table with new players so you probably don't have any information on those players.
Are stats appearing after you've played a few hands and start to see the same players again?

click on the PT4 symbol (the righthand site, where you can change HUD profiles) and choose unlock. once you are done with repositioning your stats, you can save and lock again in one click.

@Romsonek: I recommend running stars and PT (both 3 and 4 for that matter) always as admin.
