blanko:

There is a known problem with Windows Vista at this time and we are working on a fix.

dorkam:

In PT4 click File -> Show User Data Folder. The log is in the directory that appears, and may appear as a text file called "PokerTracker4".

Zoom HUD is working on Windows 7 (both 32 and 64 bit) in PT4 beta 4.01.11. Please submit your logs as described above for analysis.

PJ: Same for you, please create a ticket with your logs so we can further investigate. Your issue with auto detection of the Stars hand history folder is not tracked by the logs, so can you also let us know the installation folder for Pokerstars along with the location for the cash hand history folder? I know its not your first rodeo, but we have to be very thorough when debugging, sometimes the problem is something that is commonly known but overlooked by our otherwise very experienced and well intentioned users accidentally, thanks for understanding. PS - your VM may be the cause of the issue, we that is why I asked for the folder paths.

Ya kno... sometimes my life just sux.

I have made absolutely no changes to my VM, the Pokerstars client nor PT4. All I did was shut down (again!) fire the computer up the next morning, read your post, fire up PT4 and a Zoom table, get ready to say "ahah! I told you so!"... and damn me if I didn't get a HUD.

So, PT4 HUD works for Zoom in an XP VM guest on a Linux host. Ima go play on the freeway now.

- Hands importing

I tried zoom first time and same problem under W7.

i then checked Zoom HuD enabled and still no hud. Stopped import and then restarted import and Zoom worked fine (very fast).

No hero stats?

No, there are no hero stats. Since you're against different players in every hand even your current session stats don't really give you any benefit at the table, and due to the way that Zoom tables work these are tricky to display.

Any idea on how long it will take to find a fix for vista users?

It's one of our top priorities and we want to get it working as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the problem, I won't know when we'll have a fix until we already have a fix.
