We know - we hope to have an update available soon that will fix the Vista problem.

For anybody using Vista: Upgrading to the new Beta that was just released a few moments ago should get Zoom working properly for you.

Are you guys aware that there's an issue whereby sometimes the HUD will display stats for different players? It's not an issue of having to wait a few secs so the hud updates itself to the new players/table, i tried waiting quite a bit and nothing changed.
doesn't happen too often, but it does happen

I am getting this error message when I want to install the download (from the FB link)

edit: pokerclients and pt4 were not running while I tried to install. I also checked processes if there was still a pt4 process running though the app was closed.

Its a very rare issue, and it usually happens for just 1 hand before reverting back to the proper seats. It is not something we can easily fix, but we will keep an eye out for a solution.

Please delete the downloaded file, clear the cookies in your browser, log back into PokerTracker.com and download the file again. It looks like it might be an issue with your browser, not the application.

Do you see the PT4 HUD icon at the top of the table? If you do then the HUD is working, you just need to gather some hands on your opponents (we do not display the HERO's HUD on ZOOM tables). If not, then please restart PT4, and play a few hands of Zoom. Stop playing, then send us your logs as described in this Guide.

Please note that the new Beta release will address the problem that Vista users have reported, and it will also address issues for non-english Windows XP users.

PJ - let us know if this helps you, I assume it won't, but there is a remote chance.

Steven... back on page six I posted that I had a HUD working for Zoom in an XP VM. Tbh, I have no idea why it started to work, but here are a few observations:
~ I'm tighter than a fish's ass so it took about 4 'orbits' until I actually played a Zoom hand... very short time later my HUD appeared and worked perfectly. Might this be a case of Pokerstars not creating a HH until Hero actually does something? So, people might be saying there is no HUD when it might be a case that they haven't done anything yet?

~ I also noticed that Pokerstars has Omaha Zoom so I closed the NLHE Zoom table and opened a PLO Zoom... did not get a PLO HUD at any time but that really didn't surprise me. I closed the PLO table and went back to NLHE Zoom and could not get a HUD working no matter what I did. Shut down the VM, rebooted, tried again on a NLHE Zoom and badda bing, there's the HUD.

Hope this helps.
