Please be civil. We are working our hardest to fix the issues that remain for the few people who are experiencing them. These are not endemic to the software and do not affect everyone. If you work with us via our support system, the end result will be a fix faster and an easier experience for you. If you choose not to, that is your choice, but we still expect you to be civil.
