When can i finaly safely use my PT4..????? I did not open together with Pokerstars 10 days ago, when i had 2 days of nightmare...
All problems fixed now:.???? Please tell me its ok. Thanks

We have seen some issues with our Memory Grabber and you could try disabling that if you have any problems (it's in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars within PT4). Otherwise there should not be any issues using PT4 and PokerStars together at this time.

Hi, dear Support.

I'm still facing issues with displaying HUD Hero stats in NLHE2 Zoom on Pokerstars.com (I haven't tested it on regular tables or higher Zoom limits - let me know if I should first). They do not appear, even for 1 of 2 tables I'm playing.
What I already tried doing:
- upgrading from 4.14.1 -> 4.14.2 -> 4.14.3;
- after the last upgrade (which didn't help) I did what was mentioned in release thread - uninstalled pokerstars.com client completely, redownloaded and reinstalled it, had "Get hands while playing" switched ON before I started reinstalled PS client - still no Hero stats in HUD;
- also tried disabling "Memory grabber": no dice.

Any ideas/help please? Thank you.

Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is wrong.
