Nothing immediately jumps out at me on a quick look, but we'll keep digging.

ayep, definitely the same'o hud freeze. Or actually, hud works, just doesn't update, just like earlier... it's the PT4 main window that freezes after trying to "stop getting hands".
I'm about to either drop my live stats or downgrade tomorrow... any recommendations?

Please try without your live stats first and let us know whether you still have the same problems.

Upgrading from Stable to Beta seemed to work for me. Playing 3 days without any crashes. Even played a mix of cash game and MTTs and also tried to change/update my "HUD" while playing and it did not crash.

Thanks PokerTracker Team!

I'm using version 4.05.3, and still have the problem. Hud freezes, popups are empty at some tables, pt4 is lagging while playing, etc.
For one-two weeks after updating to 4.05.2 the HUD worked well, but then it started crushing again.
It's only me, who has this problem?)

If you solved it, PLEASE tell me how.

p.s. I regulary do defragmentation, vacuum/analyze, my database contains about 7-8 mln of hands.

YouAreMyStar,

Everyone else who was having this problem has reported the beta line to solve it.

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

We need your logs to figure out why the solution for everyone else has not worked for you

Yes, I already sent the log file and now waiting for answer. I hope you'll find out what's the problem soon, because it's really annoying to play like that.

Dropped the live stats, then brought back only a one I use in a popup, after a couple of days brought back the rest. Haven't seen the problem during the last week. Some part of the bug is definitely there in 4.05.3b, as YAMS also seems to be able to testify, but crossing my fingers (and keeping the logging on).
