The Hud is working at Winamax for us, so we'll need to work out what is causing this.

Firstly, please reboot and then run the 4.07.1 installer again to make sure that all files are updated correctly.
If you still don't have the Hud after that:

Can you all please tell us what language you have your Macs running in?

If you change the Mac OSX language to English does the Hud appear?
To change language go to System Preferences > Language and Text and drag English to the top of the list, then reboot.

Anyone else having separate problems please open a Support Ticket and report your problem, or if you have separate questions please start a separate thread - it's very hard to keep track of any particular issue when a thread gets long and has several different issues in it.

The Mac version was released less than a week ago and we cannot reproduce the issues being reported here so we'll need to see your log files, screenshots and hand histories to establish what is causing the particular problems that you're seeing.

haha. it's not a beta testing of pt4 for mac. you have refused to beta testing, cause "the version is fully ready for release. it was tested by pros". and now you take money for it and asking users for help. so funny.

PT4 MAC - freezed after 1-2 hands

My complete PT4 freezed after 1-2 minutes when I start to import hands. The HUD works for exactly the time. when I go, stop and re-start importing the hands, HUD updated and freezed again after 1-2min -> infinite loop. someone has the same problem?

We need support tickets with log files in order to determine the causes in these kinds of situations. Please work with us guys and we'll get out a patch as soon as we've tracked these problems down and fixed them.

This is a 30 day free trial period. We anticipate all common bugs will be fixed during this 30 day time frame.

Believe it or not most of our users are reporting no problems, we are getting messages all day long congratulating us on such a solid release... but there are still some machine configurations that have eluded us during development, that is why it is so hard for us to duplicate most of these issues on our own test machines. This is natural and VERY common when developing software, you can never know about every combination of hardware, driver, and conflicting software until the application is released and new users send in bug reports. I know this does not help the situation, but if you are having problems with the new Mac OS X release then you can take some small comfort in knowing that you are in the minority - so please be patient while you help us learn what is the cause of your problem by submitting a support ticket with logs, the quicker we get this information, the faster we can fix the problem that is unique for the way your computer' is setup.

You have plenty of tickets

in all forums are reported the same problems (Pokerstrategy, 2plus2, etc.)

Is there any way to downgrade to the 4.07 version?

do you really think that PT4 trial version is playable with HUGE unmoveable title "trial: please register" over tables?

You can move the trial message as you can move any other stats in the Hud - either hold the Command key down and drag it, or choose Unlock Layout from the PT-icon menu and drag normally. The position will reset every 5 minutes - unfortunately this message is a necessary inconvenience in our fight against software piracy, and of course if you choose to register then the message will no longer appear.

Cool to see that you are answering to recent messages but is there any way to downgrade to the 4.07 version?
