The Hud is working at Winamax for us, so we'll need to work out what is causing this.
Firstly, please reboot and then run the 4.07.1 installer again to make sure that all files are updated correctly.
If you still don't have the Hud after that:
Can you all please tell us what language you have your Macs running in?
If you change the Mac OSX language to English does the Hud appear?
To change language go to System Preferences > Language and Text and drag English to the top of the list, then reboot.

Anyone else having separate problems please open a Support Ticket and report your problem, or if you have separate questions please start a separate thread - it's very hard to keep track of any particular issue when a thread gets long and has several different issues in it.
The Mac version was released less than a week ago and we cannot reproduce the issues being reported here so we'll need to see your log files, screenshots and hand histories to establish what is causing the particular problems that you're seeing.
