Error: Winamax: Too many players specified in hand (Hand #160000671365986)

PT4 shows this message in import status label and does not import any stat or hand when more than 2 players play a hand at Gofast.

Anyone knows how to solve it?

That's caused by a new format (Hold-Up) of Winamax hands. If you want to be notified when a new version of PokerTracker 4 is available that supports this then please open a Support Ticket.

Could this hands be imported manually or is there another solution to keep track of these hands?

PokerTracker 4 has now been updated to support these hands:

Is it possible to have stats or filter for the "bonus pots", like win/loose, amount win, ...

There isn't a built-in filter at this time but you can filter for those hands in a custom report with this expression filter:

cash_hand_histories.id_hand = cash_hand_player_statistics.id_hand and cash_hand_histories.history like '%Hold-up to Pot%'

You can add the filter by clicking on the 'Filters' link and selecting 'Add New Expression Filters'.

Do you know that since this last version 4,15,30, processed files have been moved into the folder but not deleted, and at each start PT4 import hands again.

I cannot reproduce this so please report that to us in a Support Ticket with a log file that has recorded the issue:
