Using PT4 v4.15.34
Chico client TigerGaming
HH converter: 'KingsHandsConverter'

Been using this setup for months and it was working fine until last week.

PT4 is successfully importing the HHs in real time, but HUD does not display.

A few other players have also told me Chico HUD stopped working for them.

Idea: maybe the PT4 table detection regex no longer works due to Chico changing table titles? Here's a recent example: https://imgur.com/a/wtt2rLC

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket with screenshots and the hand history files provided by your converter. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

Did this thing get resolved? I am having same issue, HUD is not loading on Satellites that have -- in their name.
It says HUD loading... in PT 4, but it never actually loads, it works fine on other tables that are not satellites.

That was an issue with the converter which was fixed on their end so you might want to contact them about this since if there is a mismatch between the table and the generated hands then the HUD will not be able to attach. You can also report your issue to us if required via a Support Ticket:

I forgot to mention that I am using BetOnline card catcher instead of the one mentioned in the original message. Do I try to contact them?

I can't speak for their support but they should be able to advise you on that.
