No data saving.

Hello all. Does anybody know if there is a support email or phone number for PT4, because I have paid for it and installed it and I cannot see any hands saved in the PT. It doesn't seem to be working.

On what poker site is this? Without further information on where you play I cannot be more specific but please check your Poker Site(s) are configured correctly with PokerTracker 4.

Once that is setup you can test this on a table by clicking 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' and after playing your first hand you should see that get imported. If that doesn't get things going please open a Support Ticket with all relevant information and your log file and one of our technicians can assist you further:
