No because PokerTracker 4 and Sharkscope get information from different places. As far as I know Sharkscope collates results data from a poker clients tournament lobbies and sells it whereas PokerTracker 4 imports your personal data from the files the poker site saves locally to your computer when you are playing.

I don't know what specific changes WPN may have made or maybe you have changed the type of tournaments you are playing but you can compare/verify the information in your hand history/summary files with a text editor such as NotePad. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:

As I mentioned we have been in contact with WPN/ACR about adding the extra required information but I don't have any timescale for that as we are reliant on WPN to make the changes.
