Critical Error

I have updated the new version and when I open pokertracker I get a message with red letters indicating that there is a critical error and after that message the entire pokertracker goes blank and I can not do anything.

I have prints of this error

Please start PokerTracker 4 using the 'PokerTracker 4 (Logging Enabled)' link on your Windows Start Menu and reproduce this issue. When that's done go and get this file and attach it to a Support Ticket:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then please refer to this guide.

I have the same error. Uninstalled 4.16 and installed older version 4.15.38. Its working again but I won't reinstall latest version until fixed.

The development team are working on this as our top priority, but your log files are very useful to them in determining why this is still happening for some users, and therefore how to fix it. Without your logs it's possible that your specific issue may not be fixed so if you didn't already submit a crash report from v4.16 please do. Thanks.
