Hi, I play on redstar poker skin of ipoker network

the hands are importing with incorrect time
if I play a hand at 1:00 am, the hand is being imported with the time 2:00 am

On redstar client I set local time (bottom left, it matches correctly my actual timezone)

On PT4 y set redstar time zone on the site configuration

iPoker hand histories do not specify what timezone is being used so you will need to set the time in your iPoker client to server time and not your local time for the hands to import with the correct time.

hi, now I set the time to server time
now the difference is bigger (hands are being tracked +5 hours)

what am I doing wrong?

also, I don't understand why on the import config of PT4 it says that the timezone of Red Star Poker skin is EST/EDT; and in the server time on client it says the timezone is WET

You can select a different skin from the list in the configuration in PT4 that matches the timezone that your iPoker skin uses. As long as the timezone configured in PT4 matches your iPoker software that should be fine.
