PokerTracker

hello just finished a session and i tag hands whilst playing, im trying to build a report of the tagged hands from my session.

I was playing on 2 sites, when building a hand report for pokerstars the hands appear and i can simply click my review tag and the list of hands shows. however when I click the other site I used - an ipoker software site - the hands don't appear, but they were definitely being collected because i could see them alongside my stars hands (in the play poker tab) as i was playing, and was tagging them the same.

could anyone help? I'm no expert on pt4 so if its something obvious forgive me. thanks in advance!

You don't click on a site - you need to change the active player in PokerTracker 4 to see data for a different player:

Guide: Changing the Active Player

If you want to review the hands from both sites at the same time you can create an alias:

Guide: Player Name Aliases

thats what i meant, i click my active player for the other site but the hands dont appear in my report

just figured it out. for some reason the type part where you can click mtt, all or stt, was on mtt. i changed it to all tourney types and the hands appeared in my report.
