Wrong winrate using cashout

Wrong winrate using cashout on Ipoker. Compare to other trackers and pokerroom cashier.
The difference is significant. -30$ (pt4 won (incl payout) and +80$ (htn4 htn3 cashier)

Unfortunately cashout hands are not currently possible to support accurately due to the lack of rake in iPoker hands. I understand that they are adding rake to their hand histories and when that rolls out we will update PokerTracker 4 to support these hands. If you wish to be notified when that is available please open a Support Ticket about the issue. Feel free to attach sample of your hands to the ticket and we can check to see if there have been any changes.

It's not possible to calculate rake accurately in iPoker hands where cashout is used - see this thread for more information.

New update finally/ So now i need to reimport all the hands?

Reimporting from the older hand history files will not work for cashout hands as they will still not have the required information. Currently this new information is only in iPoker downloaded hand histories but it should become available at some point in real-time hands as well.

Update and import yesterday hand. tRY configure report to add "game currency net (includin payout). and it cant be added;. wtf

What is the trouble are you having when trying to add the statistic to a report? What specific report are you trying to add it to?

won (incl payout) can not be added to report since 1 oct (any stat with payout ). and still wrong winrate

I cannot reproduce this issue in PokerTracker v4.18.3 and am able to add 'Payout' statistics to reports as per normal. Can you please open a Support Ticket with a detailed description of your problem and your support bundle so we can see what's going on here:
