Hi all,

I signed up for a PT4 subscription this evening. I never received a registration code. Looking at the registration codes section of the website, it is completely empty. At this time, I have no way of accessing PT4, despite having paid for it. I am left with no choice but to charge back my PT4 subscription on my credit card. It is sad that a formerly respected poker software has come to this, and that they offer no other support mediums than these understaffed forums. If I have not received notice from PT4 support with an adequate resolution by tomorrow morning, I will have no option but to charge back my transaction and report PT4 to Amex as a fraudulent organization.

I am not seeing anything on your account and I don't know why that would be the case so can you please open a Support Ticket here about your purchase where a member of the sales team can assist you and get this resolved. We are not able to deal with sales issues in a public forum as it may involve discussing your details. Thank you.
