PT4 Unresponsive and very slow

Long time PT4 user. v4.18.4 currently

I've been getting this error message for months. Housekeeping has not helped. It's gotten to the point where PT4 is crashing my (powerful) PC while I'm playing. HUD works only sometimes. Mucked cards feature takes at least 10 seconds to show up. I have tried a clean reinstall without success. Please help!

So we can see what's going on here and advise you accordingly please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up with you. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that's done try creating a new database and that should get things up and running again in the meantime:

Thanks. Where should I send the support bundle?

New database hasn't fixed the issue either
