Can you please provide a hand history which will help us reproduce this bug? Thank you - with the exception of this bug, how do you like PokerTracker 4 so far?

You can see that the "dealing" flop appears two times, but it wasn't a problem on PT3.
Well with the excpetion og this bug, and some programm crashes, yes, i really like it. The only things whick disapointed me a little is the vector HUD. I though it was a way to keep the same layout on different table size. But after rizing a table i always need to replace correctly the HUD windows.

I'll do some explicative pics cause my english is horror :)

I observed big freezes when i try to do an alias. It happened 3 times on 3 tries.

Well aliases doesn't work at all. It completly crashed PT4 and now, i got my ongame stats looking like my ongame+fulltilt stats but nowhere i can see that the aliases is done. I can't broke it. This is a real mess in my stats now :

Eurosport.fr stats (Ongame)=Eurosport.fr +FullTilt.fr stats but PT4 don't show the aliases done icon
Bwin.fr (ongame too) stats= Bwin.fr stats but PT4 show the aliases done Icon

There appears to be a bug in the hand history, PokerTracker cannot avoid this issue when the hand history is faulty - in this case the hand history contained two flops. I imported this hand into PokerTracker 3, the replayer filtered the second flop but the hand caused numerous errors including in the Hand history Viewer. I sugest contacting OnGame to make them aware of this bug. Here is the formatted text export as an example:

OnGame - €1 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3: http://www.pokertracker.com

UTG: €36.50
MP: €96.85
CO: €108.10
Hero (BTN): €125.35
SB: €58.80
BB: €100.00

SB posts SB €0.50, BB posts BB €1.00

Pre Flop: (€1.50) Hero has Jc Jd

fold, MP raises to €3.00, fold, Hero raises to €10.00, fold, fold, MP calls €7.00

Flop: (€21.50, 2 players) 5s 6s 8d
MP checks, Hero bets €12.50, MP raises to €30.00, Hero raises to €115.35 and is all-in, MP calls €56.85 and is all-in

Flop: (€195.20, 2 players) 5s 6s 8d

Turn: (€195.20, 2 players) Kc

River: (€195.20, 2 players) 5h

MP shows Jh Ac (One Pair, Fives) (Pre 31%, Flop 14%, Turn 7%)
Hero shows Jc Jd (Two Pair, Jacks and Fives) (Pre 69%, Flop 86%, Turn 93%)
Hero wins €192.20

Can you please explain your experience further? You can reposition each player on the table one at a time by holding down the control key. Once you reposition the HUD player groups, you must save your positioning by clicking the PT4 Chip icon in the HUD and select Save Layout.

Well, it's not a really a bug, all Eurosport.fr (ongame) HH are like this. But when i read them with PT3 i don't have this bug.

Please compress a few full original hand history files and attach them to a Support ticket so that we can pass this on to the development team to see if we can work around it - I haven't seen that in OnGame hand histories before. Please post your ticket number here so that we can follow it up as soon as possible.

I will also make sure that the development team see your issue with the HUD in the Replayer.
Thanks.

If PT4 crashes please be sure to upload the crash report with a description of the run up to the crash when requested after you restart PT4 so that we can see what went wrong.

Which HUD Profile are you using?
Is this at live tables or in the Replayer?
Are the names that you aliased the same or different?
Are you able to remove the existing alias?
If you then re-link the ones you want, does the same thing happen?

Well i use a personal HUD (he on on pics) but same thing happens with all Profiles, at live table and in replayer. Sometimes it works good, sometimes only stat for hero.
Names i aliased are all different, i tried 5 times to remove the alias and only last time makes it good.

I'll try to re-link in few hours, at the same time i'll send the ticket about ongame HH.

Thanks for answering that fast !
