Connection Lost to Database: PT4 DB

Running within a session of Windows Virtual PC using Windows XP and Postgres V9.1 x32
Everytime I fire up PT4 it presents the error "Connection Lost to Database: PT4 DB", follwed by a Popup windows " ***Caught unhandled unknown exception; terminating"
No way past it.
PT3 is working just fine in the same environment.

Please attach your PokerTracker4.log file to a support ticket after attempting to start PT4.
There have been issues with PostgreSQL 9.1 in the past but this is not, to my knowledge, one of them. Once we have the log file we'll have a better understanding where in the startup process the problems are for you.

Please attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a
Support Ticket (click on
Support Ticket) and post your ticket number here.
