Problem with import/database

Hi,

after yesterdays windows update pt4 doesnt work, tommorow I was playin on William Hill and hud and ptr4 was working, today it canat start the import i have to shout down the program with manager and than i have to restart the computer coz it crashes awithout restart when i try to popen it 2nd time.
I have windows 7
It fckin tilts me badly to restart my laptop every 5 minutes...

Did you ever get our Crash Reporter after experiencing a PT4 crash?

Nope, all I had is info that pt4 is not responding

If you see that again please wait a few minutes to see if it recovers, and then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.

ok I send you a log file

it may sound stupid but these error occur as i make dual view on my laptop and monitor -
I try to download the new driver for monitor

Yes, that's a good idea to update your graphics drivers - please be sure to include as much information as possible in your ticket so we have all the information in one place.
