Filtering really slow after importing my PT3 DB

I have just finished importing my PT3 database to PT4 (about 2 million hands). Now the problem I get is that whenever I try to apply a filter to my results (ie Played Last Month) it takes about 10 min loading before it shows any results.

My computer specs shouldn't be a problem.

We are investigating ways to optimize the population and display of reports, although I wouldn't expect filters to make things slower.
Is it slower to display when you enable a filter than when you view it unfiltered?

It is actually every time PT4 tries to populate a report (filtered or unfiltered) that I have to wait about 10 minutes for the information to be displayed.

update: It seems to be a general issue now with my PT4 as after importing my large DB everything seems to be quite glitchy. The HUD for example is misses some stats randomly and takes a while before it even displays on the tables.
