It may be that you need to install a more general Flash player than the one which IE uses - which version number do you have?

Hi,
I can't watch PT4 videos either.
Which version of Flash Player do I need to install?
Below is a screen dump of the Adobe Flash Player download page, where PT4 sends me after I click "Watch the Video on This Stat"

I installed plug-in for both IE and Chrome, but I can't find any "general Flash player" on the Adobes site.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit.

Never mind, issue is resolved - manual installation of downloaded "Flash Player 11 for Other Browsers (64 bit)" worked for me

May be you running outdated version? I downloaded mine yesterday - ver. 4.01.17

I think straightflash is referring to the videos on the individual stats. If you click on a stat there's a Watch the Video on This Stat link on the right hand side - those should be working. The feature tutorial video next to the report drop down is indeed not yet complete.
