Hud in MTTs dissapears after a while

Hello,

I play MTTs on Pokerstars with the version PT4 v4.01.19.beta.

When playing MTTs after a while it happens, that the Hud dissapears at some tables and doesnt come back. I don't really know, but it could be happening, when I get moved to another table in some MTT. But than it is not only this MTT, where the Hud does not appear, but it also dissapears in other MTTs , where I didn't get moved. When I then try to restart the Hud it appears on some Tables and on some not. When I restart again, it appears on different tables and on some different not and so on. So it seems randomly, on which MTTs the Hud appears and on which not.
The "view active table" column says " hud is loading" for the tables without Hud, and some of the Huds appear after a while, but dissapear again after a while.

I hope you understand what I am tryin to say.

Are you using one of the default HUD profiles?

No, I made a custom one.

Should a use a default profile for MTTs?

Custom ones certainly should be working - it's just useful to know. Would you be willing to test with a default one to see if you get the same issues?

I have tried it with a default one, same problem.

Then please send us your PokerTracker4.log file so that we can investigate further. You can find this file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that's in the directory that appears.
