PT Works when observing but not playing

Hello, am new to PT4 and have read the tutorials etc to get started, but now when I observe a table it works fine. Though when I play a table it does not work at all.

Was playing an 18 seater SNG, it was not working so I observed table 2 and it worked on that table only. Restarted my table and still no luck.

I assume you're playing at PokerStars and that suggests that you haven't configured PokerStars correctly save hand histories or PT4 to import the hand history files. Please read the PokerStars Configuration Guide to make sure you have everything set up correctly.
