I installed the new update to 4.04 stable and PT4 does not run well any longer. The HUD is not available for all players, sometimes missing complete for a whole table. Sometimes Probs are solved with restarting the Hud, sometimes not. Missing my own Hud stats since the update. Popup stats are complete empty, sometimes they appear after 5 to 10 minutes.

Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4. Play a few hands at a single table. If you see the problem please take a screenshot and attach it to a Support Ticket along with the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) and the hand history file for the session.

Could I launch installer 4.02.01 to downgrade and wait for version 4.04 is OK, or is it hazardous to downgrade?

If you are having the problems described in this thread, what was the last version of PokerTracker 4 you upgraded from? Was it the most recent beta, or did you upgrade from 4.02.x stable? For those of you requesting a new update - we need your logs to determine what happened to your computer, an update may not be needed, we don't know what the problem is yet because this issue is not affecting everyone universally. Thanks in advance for your help.

I've updated from last stable. Already sent a log file. Is it safe to downgrade?

OK, we will do the log file, etc, but for right now, is it safe to downgrade to 4.02.01, as asked by Trylobit?



EDIT: Ok, I'm back to 4.02.01, it works. Seems to be good. Now I'm wating for a stable upgrade.
