PokerTracker

Hi Guys,

since recently my HUD seems to break in every Session. I tried everything PSQL 9 and back to PSQL 8.4.
All positional and Stack filters clean and waht not.

But basically what happens is when I start a session everything is normal but just couple minutes into it
my HUD looks like this:



The stats just freeze and stay the same from that point and I cant be sure if these are the stats form some recent player or not.
HH-Import is sill running in the background though.
When I try to cancel PokerTracker and restart it will just freeze up when I want the HH-Import to quit
and I have to quit the program from Taskmanager. This happens everytime.

What version of PT4 are you using? If it isn't v4.05 please update.

If you still see the same thing then report your problem so that we can check your logs to establish the problem.

The same thing happens to me, and still after updating to v4.05 beta.

I don't know how new the bug is though as I've only been playing ZOOM recently and that only seems to happen if I mix in regular tables (not 100% positive on that since I haven't played a long only zoom session since that problem first occurred). The import also stops, there are no new imported hands in the import status after some point (couldn't figure out a pattern yet) and they only get imported after killing PokerTracker+Hud and restarting.

In that case please report your problem so that we can check your logs and find out what is going on.

Alright I send out my Logs. Strange thing it just worked for full 2 days straight and just today I got it back to the above seen screenshot.
Hope you guys can fix it.

And yeah I use newest beta as well.

I've also submitted my logs, just in case ...

And contrary to my previous post it now also happened once when playing only zoom.

Exact same thing happens to me on PokerStars, version 4.05 beta.

I sent in an in-depth support ticket on this when I was using the 2nd most recent version, with logs, and all I got for a reply was to update to the beta. Problem still persists.
