Question about the way we mark hands in pt4

I have two questions:

1)
Can you explain me if there is any chance i can change the way i mark and see hands with pt4 on the tables?

For example in hm2 i can do that with just one click, as i see the last 3 hands in a box that are near the table..

In pt4 i have to make to many clicks until i reach the hand i want to mark... an if i want to see an hand history the window is allways to small, i have allways to open the window that contains the hand...

2) why everytime i open pt4 and click import while playing it import again the hands i played in the last couple of days?

(1) The way to mark hands on the table is via the Flag menu. We are aware of requests to streamline this but I don't know when additional functionality will be available in this area.

(2) Are you stopping Getting Hands While Playing after you finish your sessions? If you don't do that it could result in this kind of behavior - PT4 moves the hands when you stop Getting Hands While Playing so you need to do this after your session is over.

1) i know that i can mark via flag menu! but thats too complicated and takes a lot of time! we have to do 3 or 4 clicks until we can mark the hand!

what about when you try to open the hand history? the window with the hand info is to small, i always have to open the window to see the full hand history

hm2 opens a perfect window with the hand history where you can see the full hand history without having to resize the window

nop! evry time i open a new hand history the size is the default small size... and i have to open the window to see the full hand... :s

You mean the Hand History Viewer window which appears alongside the table window, right?
That is sized to match the height of the table window so as not to interfere too much with other table windows, but if you confirm that's what you mean we'll pass on your concerns to the development team.

right! its that hand history viewer! thats to painfull to manually resize that window to see the full hand history!
The window should be big enough to users see the all hand without having to resize it!

I think that this feature and the one that makes more easy to mark hands are very important stuff to put pt4 in a higher level... cause in this stuff hm2 is much better and user friendly!

Would really like a 1 click or hotkey feature for this as well, it's easier/faster for me to copy paste the hand from PS into a notepad than using the current function. I am aware of a free "mark hand hotkey script" for HEM but nothing seems to exist for PT4 yet...
