no hud on 888

Hi,

I cannot see any hud stats on any table on 888. i have all hands going to the right directories and it is importing fine, just no hud. 888 is in english and stored to the default file C:\Documents and Settings\Darren\Application Data\PacificPoker\HandHistory

move processed files is set to C:\Documents and Settings\Darren\Application Data\PacificPoker\HandHistory

You should not set the move processed files directory to the same directory that you import from; this can cause problems. Please set it to somewhere (anywhere) else. Then go into Tools -> Setup Assistant and run Setup Sites and go through it once and that should get things working for you.

In that case, please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

ok so now its a week later and still no real response on my support ticket. should i pursue this or will it be quicker to wait for the release of poker tracker 5

Your ticket is sitting in the inbox of our head of quality assurance. He was away last week and with the issues surrounding Full Tilt's reopening this week hasn't yet caught up on all of his tickets. He will be looking into it and getting back to you as soon as he can. Please accept my apologies for the delay.

i have the same problem
the pt icon doesn't appear on the table
the import works well, without any errors

Please make sure that the 888 client is installed in English.

If you still don't see the Hud please report your problem as suggested above so that we can check your logs and find out what is going on for you.

my ticket is over a week and a half old. i have discovered that the hud works fine in tournaments but not at the cash tables,any ideas?
