PokerTracker

My poker tracker is freezing every time after I click stop getting hands. I stopped while playing to see why my tournaments weren't processing, and then the program completely freezes. There always seems to be a problem, I am using the stable version 4.04. Anyone else having a similar problem?

the hand histories are sitting in my folder, but no updates are going

the only thing being displayed. No hands are being uploaded

Should I uninstall the old pokertracker or is this done automatically?

just installed it, now, when I click get hands while playing, it shows

but not recording any of the hands. And it freezes still.

Just run the installer for the new version while PokerTracker and your poker sites are closed and it will update everything to the newest version for you - no uninstalling is necessary.

any helpful ideas?

Yes I installed the newest beta and the problem still exists, I've sent in a support ticket along with the logs already.
