In previous beta, 4.05.5 I had a problem with live stats and "Hero only" group http://www.pokertracker.com/contact/tic ... _id=129922

Shortly, I have 2 groups in the HUD - general stats for everyone, and another group for "Hero only" with "Live Amt BB". The HUD layout and logs are attached to the support ticket above.
The problem was with the second group - it displayed stats for different players, not for hero.

In the new beta 4.05.6 it just got worse:

1. The "Hero only" group completely disappeared from the HUD.
2. Group for everyone isn't shown for the hero
3. Live Amt BB in the first group isn't shown for anyone at the table. Displayed like "-"

Nice job!

If you really-really need it, I can attach this to the support ticket or open a new one. But I'm really fed up with the default replies that come in a few days and teach me how to make screenshots and run PT4 in a log mode and attach those logs to the ticket. Being software developer myself, I can say it's NOT the way it should be handled. There should be QA engineers able to reproduce the problem given that the description is nice and clear.

It is understandable that there is a lot of issues and bugs after such a big change from PT3 to PT4, but probably it should've been beta tested for a longer period before release.

Same here, HUD slow and incorrect Second time I need to rollback a beta.

My hud doesn't update properly, the hero hud group doesn't appear and the liveamtbb stat doesn't work (just shows a '-'). All since upgrading to the latest beta.

I'm sure the problem is pretty similar to that described above. Please fix it!!!

edit: just realised it seems to importing the first hand and then nothing after that (well, it imports but my hud only shows the stats from hand 1).

FYI I play HUSNG.

Same problems and its very very slow after update. Is where anyway to return to the previous version?

From your last reply to your ticket it seems that we have identified the issue, which is a known problem and is in our system to be fixed.

If the rest of you are playing tournaments and have the Tournament Stack Filters enabled in Hud > Edit Hud Options > General Settings please try resetting them all to "Don't Filter" and let us know whether that helps.
If not, please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can investigate your specific issue.

No, I didn't have any of the filters on and I've checked all the settings I can think of. I should also mention I'm playing on Stars.
