Click Start type services.msc and click on it when it appears. Can you find PostgreSQL in the list? If so, can you start the service? That sounds like the service isn't starting up properly for you sometimes.

No, I can't run it. Anyway when I press ctrl + alt + del I can find lots of postgress.exe running.

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a
support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

At the top left of PT4 is the menu bar - the far left menu option is File. Click there and in the drop down menu you'll see "Open User Data Folder".

There is no PostrgreSQL in the list.

The image at the bottom of the screenshot shows us that the PostgresSQL service is not active, press Start Service first.

Did PokerTracker 4 ever work for you? Did you have PostgreSQL installed previously? Did you ever uninstall PostgresSQL accidentally? If you visit Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features do you see Postgres here (do not uninstall if you do!)?
