Hi,

i've got this problem since couple of weeks but recently it's much more often than before. In 'View import status' tab i can see as PT4 is importing hands but HUD at the tables (at all of them) is freeze and do not display the latest hands.
After reset i cant see my own stats that i played at the table. So the only reason is to 'stop getting hands' and 'start...' again but it's a bit tilting while multitabling

What version of PT4 are you currently using?

the latest one - 4.06

Are these fast (zoom, rush, speed, etc) type poker or regular poker tables?

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
