Recently my HUD is having a lot of problems in ZOOM, it's being shuffled and it's showing me the wrong stats of the players...
i tried to change the prefered seat but it won't work...

how do i solve this?

Please update to v4.06.1 which was released to accommodate this recent change to the PokerStars software.

I already have the last version, but on Zoom of PS.it the stats don't appear for a lot of players and other times there are other players' stats. What can I do?

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

PokerStars have made another update which caused the problem to reoccur. Our development team are looking into this now.

The problem was solved with the update to v4.06.2 and now it reocurred? What can I do?
