I'm not sure exactly what the cause of this is but we should have an answer for you before too long.
Did the repair disk utility complete successfully?

I have same issue on my Imac but not on my macbook. I wonder if it has anything to do with third party programs running on my Imac like parallels Desktop (or Bootcamp) together with pokertracker 4 and postgres sql? My macbook has a clean install and that seems to give no issues at all.

Edit: The exact message i get is: Poker Tracker has detected a permission issue which prevents it from running. Please use Disk Utility to repair your Disk Permissions and run Poker Tracker again. If that fails please contact support for additional troubleshooting assistance.

I'm told this may affect some systems and not others. Everyone with this error please restart PT4 with logging enabled (hold the alt/option key down while you launch it) and after you get the error attach the PokerTracker4.log file to a Support Ticket.
Thanks.

It should be in Documents but I don't see it there.
