auto import problems (mountain lion)

Hi, I use pt4 on moutain lion but when i try to configure import directory the auto detection doesnt work for pokerstars.
If I put manually le path directory an red message said "Pokerstars is not configured to save hand histories to disk", but if press button
"Get Hands while playing" sometimes the import work sometimes not, for exemple if I launch a table and auto import mountain lion ask me my root password and that's work but if I launch an other sometimes hands of the seconds table is not imported. It's very strange I thinks moutain lion denies access to the files. I tried to change path directory but it's the same.

The password prompt is required for the Memory Grabber - you can turn that off in the Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars area. Have you set PokerStars to save your hand histories and set them to save in English?

Double posting so it's more obvious:

Please also run Repair Permissions in Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility and that may help things as well.

Yes pokerstars hands history are in english, I tried to repair permissions of my hard disk but I have the same message "Pokerstars is not configured to save hand histories to disk". For importing I should restart pt4 if I play on a table with HUD and that I want play on a new table in the same time with the hud. I have tried to reinstall pokerstars and pt4 but the same problem appear.
I use postgre SQL 9.2 can I downgrade the db?

9.2 is not supported. The best way to downgrade is to backup your database via File -> Backup in PT4, follow our uninstall directions for Mac here then reinstall 9.0. 9.0 is supported and should work better for you.

As long as things are configured as described in the PokerStars Configuration Guide you can ignore that message - it just means that the hand history folder wasn't detected automatically.
