hi, none of my hyper games/$$ won/lost is updating. im running vers 4.09 and on vista, running as admin.

Do you see the tournaments listed, they just don't have money won and buy-ins properly accounted for? Can you confirm that you have tournament summaries set to save in PokerStars?

yea, i see them listed but it's not accurate at all. i actually did not have it saved but i just checked it as saved. i guess its never been saved? everything has been fine for months and updating fine until day before yesterday.

I heard they did just have an update recently so it's possible that affected things. Either way you can get them to send you a Tournament Audit - if you get it in CSV form PT4 will update it and update your results for all of the affected tournaments. And going forward since the summaries are saved everything should work properly.

It still doesn't seem to be updating any of my hyper turbos on ps. Any idea where to proceed next with this?

The same problem. Its importing hands, updating HUD but no hands in PT4 tabs.

I had false alarm. It was time-zone releated. Needed to use "Since a date" (1. july) instead of "This Month" or "Today".

We have a known problem with the Today filter in v4.09 - as you have discovered using Specific Date filters will work until we release the patch for this.

If you're using the "Today" filter please switch to using Specific Date filters for the time being.

If you have a problem with your results when not using any filters please attach the hand history and summary files for a few of your tournaments to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.
You can compress multiple files into a single smaller upload for convenience.
