Problem: No Hands are displayed !!!

Hey,

I can't see any specific hand...

In Statistics Summary Report i see my overall statistics but no particular hand... no filters are active, show marked hands only is unchecked, no tags selected...

what has been changed: yesterday pt downloaded some updates, and i worked on costum stats, costum report and my hud...

and a restart didn't change anything...

Please make sure you don't have a tag selected in the drop down for tags and that you don't have "show marked hands only" checked - either of those could make all of your hands seem to disappear.

Please double check to make sure you don't have any filters enabled on the left hand side (if you see any text in blue, that filter is enabled).

If that doesn't help, please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. That will help us investigate further for you.
