Rush Hud

(no techincal support forum for pt4?)
having some trouble with hud on rush tables.
i will start by telling that i think that everything is configured well on pt (am nut sure about ft)
*sometimes hero's hud wont open at all
*hud is not updating sometimes for all players

things i noticed are pt does not move files after stoppin auto import and it duplicates all the hands when startin auto import again.

Please make sure everything is configured as explained here and that you are opening everything in the right order. If you open things in the wrong order, it may not work properly and that may be all you need to do to get things working.

For your duplicates issue, please try closing Full Tilt completely before stopping the import - Full Tilt locks files and by closing it you release the lock so that PT can move them.

im sorry for the confussion but no it didnt help, still no hero's hud and still player's hud not updating :(

fyi, everything is configured as explained and im opening everything in the right order
somtimes it starts showing the hud and then stop updating the hud (it wont add the new hands to the hud)

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

when i try to upload the file it gives this error:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, dcharles@pokertrackersoftware.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

There is a 5MB limit on attachments so you may need to compress the file(s) before you attach them.

If you continue to have problems please follow the directions that you posted so that we can investigate.
