Missing Tournament Description

I got some issues with the tournament descriptions since they are missing for some tourneys or SNG's
They do import, because the stats are correct in terms of buy in and results. Also I am not able to see my hands back from those tourneys/SNG because like normal when you doubleclick you can go see your played hands. They are not there then.
Its a bit weird because I do have some SNG's with a description, but the same SNG's are also without description which makes me not able to review my hands back.

I am running the latest versions.

Do you have any filters set in the left hand sidebar? That could keep hands from appearing. Also please make sure you do not have "Show Marked Hands Only" ticked, and that it says "No Tags Selected" as those filters could also keep the hands from being displayed.

Nope, I got no filter on whatsoever.
I can edit the tournament results, and put them in the right order. But even there it seems its messed up. Since they are 18 man SNG's the ones that have no
description say it is 10 man, 11 man or 17 which is totally wrong. I think because of that there seems to be an issue in identifying the tournament descriptions.

Please send us the original hand histories from one or two of these tournaments via our support system and we'll investigate further for you.

The original HH are not the problem. Because I requested them and they look identical to the others.
It has to be something in my PT4. I will try to play a few of these same SNG's on my other computer to
see if there is the same problem.

If you send us the hand histories and summaries we'll be able to find out why they weren't detected correctly.
