I cant see stats before the first hands in STTs

Hello I just downloaded an update for PT4 for the version 4.10.5 ( I think I was using 4.9.1 before) and in older version I was able to see all player stats before the first hand, but right
now I just see them before the second hand. How can I solve this problem? ( by the way its STTs in pokerstars)

It sounds like you may have disabled Memory Grabber in Configure --> Sites & Import Options --> PokerStars. That's the function that will get you the HUD before the first hand is complete.

Just checked its enabled and it still doesnt work.

Then please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Once I was complaining for the same but I was told that this fucntion is not designed to work in STT because the sats can be pre-loaded only if the players already played a few hands at the same table (which is not a case in a STT.)

Well, finally this function should work or it shouldn't?

Like I said it was working in the earlier 4.9.x ( I dont remember in which exactly) version and after download this week it isnt working anymore.

As far as I'm aware sawwee is correct - the Hud needs information about the players at the table in order to be able to display data, and it gets that from previous hands at the table, which don't exist in the first hand of a STT.
