Hi guys,

For some reason when im playing winamax in stacked table mode (pile), or cascade, the tables that requires action stays somewhere in the middle rather than popping up as it should. I can obviously manually get there, but when 18+ tabling across different sites it gets a bit iffy. What is the reason for this? I read some problems back in 2010 where people had to turn off auto on top in the hudsettings, but this seems to be missing as an option in PT4.

I don't recall anyone else reporting this for a long time, so it's likely to be something related to your setup.
I assume you have the pop to front option enabled in the Winamax software?
Bear in mind that it may not work if a window from another application has focus - is this behaviour consistent or does it only fail to come to the front sometimes? Does everything work as you would expect if you don't have PT4 running, but with the same setup otherwise?

Make sure you have the latest PT4 version (4.10.5) and that you have all the latest updates for your operating system (what OS do you have?) and graphics drivers.
(If you're using a recent Windows version) Try running Winamax using 'Run As Administrator' (right click the shortcut and choose Run As Administrator, or Properties to enable that option all the time).

Thanks for reply. I have winamax pop to front enabled. It works like 50/50. Other software i usually have open during grind is: skype (do not disturb mode), pokerstars/FTP, and prob some browsing on firefox and on occasion vlc player. I know both firefox and vlc steal no focus, i'm not sure about pokerstars/FTP tho. I use win 7 x64 fully updated, have latest AMD drivers installed. Isn't the aero-theme the issue here? I can try running winamax as administrator today, and see if this helps. Also havent tried playing without pt4. Thing is, i play on dual screen setup and have stars/ftp tables piled on 2nd screen, and wina on first. Both stars and ftp have no issues, it's only with the winamax software this happens. And fwiw i dont run stars/ftp as administrator either.

The issue occurs like 50% of the time, so sometimes they do popup and sometimes they dont. Sometimes it takes a couple of seconds before it gets forced to front, but thats usually because another table im playing on winamax requires action.

I expect that they're not coming to the front when a table at one of your other sites is active - can you check that behaviour?

I have this problem with PT3 and have to turn my HUD off when playing winamax which is really annoying. Any resolutions about?

I don't believe there's a resolution for PT3 at this time.
