888 hud is all over the place sometimes

Hi,

I'm using PT4 and the hud works great across all sites and most of the time it's fine at 888 but around a third of the time on a 9 max tournament table the hud is all over the place. To detail it - the hud loads about 4 of the players stats in different positions than they should be, in fact they are not next to any name in particular. 4 more of the players stats are bunched up on top of each other in the top left corner and the last players stats, seat 9, is not available anywhere at all. This is only happening at 888.

I've just been repositioning the stats and going without seat 9s stats for some time now so I've finally decided to make this thread. Hope you can help.

I forgot to add that if I restart the hud it will work normally again and then sometimes all of a sudden revert back to being a mess.

Please update to v4.10.8 from the PT4 Download Page.
There was a change to 888 layouts in the last couple of versions which may address your problems.

Please note that 888 do not specify the size of their tournament tables in their hand histories so it's possible that PT4 is getting the wrong table size so showing the wrong Hud. If that is the case then using PT-icon > Treat As 9-max should correct it.

If you still have problems please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4. Next time you see the problem take a screenshot and attach it to a Support Ticket along with the log files and the hand history file(s) for the tournament.
