Hi, after the Lucky Ace update PT4 dont import the hands. I dont change anything and the hands still get sace in the same location.

Do you get any errors when you try to import the hands?

Yes every Hand i play is 1 "error" more.

Then please attach the hand history file in question to a
support ticket and we'll look into this for you further.

Hi,
I'm also having the same problem since Lucky Ace update.HUD is not working and PT4 doesn't import any hands...Error:unexpected begging of hand history,if I try to do it manual it says: 0 files to import.

Please also attach an example hand history file to a
Support Ticket.
If you post your ticket numbers here we'll get this to the development team as quickly as possible. (promyk82 - I found your ticket already)
