Hi guys

My head is blowing off soon, i cant get the stats on my screen when i play zoom NL or PLO

If i play normal games it works fine...

I have the hud enable for zoom on.

Is there a step by step i can see somewere ? Anyway when you select seat preferense at pokerstars, there is no "number" on the seat, just a seat were you want. Mine is always in the rigth buttom corner.

Pls help before my head is gone !

Please see the PokerStars Configuration Guide. It has a section on preferred seating showing what the numbers correspond to and there's a section on configuring Zoom.

my seat possition works fine in plo and nl games, just not in zoom games.

I tryed to walk step by step in that configuration, and it did not work !

i mean i dont get any stats from my hud but my seating is fixed to the place i want it to

Make sure you don't have PokerStars set to auto-center you only sometimes in Options -> Preferred Seat Options, as that could cause this kind of behavior. It should either be always on (and on in PT) or always off.

i run version 4.10.6 i use pc.

Please update to the latest version; v4.10.9.

Tryed to update still dosent work.

I dont know what to attach " files etc if i go for report my problem under your link

The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that you can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window.
