The net expected BB won is adjusted for all-in situations. If you play cash, it's based on the pure equities at the time of the all-in (assuming we know all hands that called the all-in), if you play tournaments it's adjusted based on ICM for all final table (or single table SnG) situations where we know all hands that called the all-in.
Being above expectation means doing better than the pure probabilities would result in. Being below it means you're doing worse.

Hello.I'm a MTT player. I attach my grafic. Can you be more clear, please? What do you think this lines mean? I think there is no corelation betwen the bb won (green line) and the net expected won(yellow line). I think the green line, bb won, it's the total bb won (bb won with showdown, blue line, plus bb won without showdown, red line). I watch many grafics of all the friend i have and every grafic show the same result: bb won(green )=bb won with showdown(blue)+bb won without showdown(red). If is like you said and there is a corelation betwen the bb won(green) and net expexted won(yellow) and is availabe only for the final table so this is an wrong information because what about the other hands i play all the tournament before making the final table? Thanks

Blue + Red = Green that is correct.
The yellow line is like the green line except when it comes to all-in hands then we adjust by the equity you had in the hand in cases where we know all hands that called the all-in.

ok, but there is no relation betwen the green and the yellow. If the yellow line it's under or above the the green one doesn't mean I'm running good or bad. you agree?

The common parlance would say that green above yellow is "running good" and vice versa. But honestly it's my opinion that it's not worth thinking much about.
